User Manual

Steps:

1. **Prepare the Workpieces:**

   - Ignite your welding or brazing torch. Adjust the flame to the appropriate size for the job.

4. **Heat the Workpieces:**
   - Direct the flame onto the joint area, evenly heating both workpieces. Ensure that the pieces reach the required temperature for the brass welding rod to melt and form a bond.

5. **Feed the Brass Welding Rod:**
   - Once the workpieces are adequately heated, introduce the brass welding rod to the joint. The rod should melt and flow into the joint, creating a strong bond.

6. **Control the Heat:**
   - Manage the heat carefully to avoid overheating and damaging the workpieces. Move the torch as needed to distribute heat evenly.

7. **Inspect and Cool:**
   - After completing the weld, inspect the joint for completeness and quality. Allow the joint to cool naturally before handling.

8. **Clean the Welded Area:**
   - Remove any excess flux or residue from the welded area using a wire brush or appropriate cleaning tools.
